Work-life balance is so important, and Iβm very grateful for the hours that Wakefield offers. Yes, we start before the school day begins, but itβs great to be finished before school is over. It means less time in daycare and being home at a decent time without feeling rushed to get everything done before school activities start. Because of my schedule, Iβve been able to attend hockey games and dance shows without having to take vacation time. Wakefield is truly family-oriented and genuinely cares about making sure you can be there for your kidsβ important events.
